Apart from providing finance the ZADT assesses technical support needs based on in-depth discussions and analysis of the requirements of target stakeholder groups (financial institutions, Agribusinesses/MSMEs and smallholder farmers) who confirm and agree their requirements for technical support. Based on identified technical support needs and availability of funds, the ZADT identifies suitably qualified service providers to provide the capacity building and technical support required.
